Laptops in College
After high school you go off to college. In college it's a whole new atmosphere. You have your own schedule, you chose what you want to study and choices you make could affect the rest of your life. One privilege that most colleges give is to use laptops in class. But some colleges have banned this use all together, and in others the teachers have took away the choice saying they won't allow it. The reason they have done this is some students will just get on face book or online chatting websites during class, which then causes other students to be distracted. Usually if they block the use of laptops it's just the Internet connection in the classes to they can't do this. I personally believe that no colleges should take away this right. Even the colleges that just ban laptops in Freshmen and Sophomore classes because they are more mature and care more about college and getting good grades should allow all students to use laptops because the students are paying for college. It's their choice whether or not to listen or pay attention in class. Also the students can sit in places where they aren't distracted or they can ignore the distractions. When you're in college you're old enough to make your own decisions. You need to learn to make the right decisions in life and that making bad ones will lead to consequences. What do you think?

Blogg Safely or Expect Danger
Blogging is something that can be really fun. You can express yourself, how you feel on certain topics and share some of your experiences in life. Sometimes blogging can be negative experience though. A lot of people just say what they want when they want of the Internet. You may think this is harmless and fine, but trust me there are some dangers and consequences.
It's possible to really offend someone, or make them feel uncomfortable by what you say or post. Always make sure you preview a link before you post it. You never know what it could lead to or how it could make someone feel. If your link contains material that could hurt someone or bother someone then put a warning with the link that says so. It's best for others and you wont have to apologize later if you offend someone. Just be careful.
Things you post can come back to haunt you. If you put things on your blog that you aren't then you probably shouldn't post them. You never know if you future boss will be able to look up your name and find all the dumb and stupid things you said when you were younger and immature. It's super easy to just type in any one's name and figure out a lot about them. People will judge you based on what you say and put on the Internet. Another way the things you post can haunt you is by breaking the law. Posting certain things could get you into massive trouble, you could even be sent to jail, especially if you threaten to hurt others or lie about who you are. You probably don't think about it but it could cost you a job.
Finally don't put everything about yourself on the Internet. You should not give away any personal information. Your blog is a public space, anyone could see what you put on there. It could lead to severe consequences if you post personal information on there. Also you never know you someone is unless you know them. People can pretend to be who they aren't on the Internet very easily. They can lie about there age, gender, profession, and what they're like or what they believe. And all of this just to hurt others. Don't trust anyone on the Internet you don't know and especially don't give them any personal information. You never know what it could lead too. You could be stolen from or even be physically harmed by someone.
In order to follow the advice i have given others i have made a list of things to never do to ensure my safety; Post something i haven't checked out first or something that may offend others without giving a warning. Say anything that I'm not proud of. Threaten others. Post personal information on my blog or give it away to anyone I don't know in person or have a connection to.
So always be careful what you post on your blog and never trust people you don't know. If you don't listen to what I've said, don't be surprised when you're in danger.

My Trip to Seattle

Hello Seattle, Goodbye Stress
Written By Caleb Latella
Seattle! Seattle! I'm on my way, a day of school is a wonderful day. I'm with my family, soon to reunite with more. A six hour journey speeds by so fast, seems just a moment in the past. To the Modern Forrest we have arrived. A light blue sky, buildings so high. Gas stations, restaurants, hotels and stores. People coming, people going. A crowded city, full of cars.
In Seattle there are many extremely enjoyable things to do. The Mariners game was a blast. Even though they did lose it's a super fun experience. The energetic crowd, the delicious food, and quality time spent with my family. Another fun thing was going to the mall. They have so many different stores in their mall. Clothing, furniture, electronics, jewelry, food and almost anything you could think of and of course my favorite part of the mall was the escalators. Oh how i wish i lived in a hotel. Someone cleaning up for you every day, the amazing modern style of living, breakfast cooked by a chef and a nice pool and workout room at your disposal. Last but not least, eat! You could say that is enjoyable to do anywhere, but just go to Seattle. Their food is delicious. One night we went to the Cheesecake Factory. Everything i tried there was so good; steak, salmon, veggies, bread and appetizers. Delicioso is all I have to say about the food. Living in Seattle would be so much fun, but on the contrary I wouldn't think all this was so fun.
I had such an amazing time in seattle, i hope i can visit again. This couldn't have been a better trip, i got to do so many awesome things that I don't usually get to do, i got to see lots of family members i don't usually get to see and of course I got to enjoy a vacation away from all the stress of life.
A Cross Becomes a Bridge

The Greatest Bridge
He was slain for all to see
Built a bridge fro you and me
There is a gap, no man can cross
Until a bridge is laid across
How can one life save another?
By making a way over empty water
Through him alone, we can be saved
From this world's overwhelming rage
With Just one purpose Jesus came
To save the life of every man
Slain on he cross because of you and me
Built the greatest bridge, one we can't see
We need to reach the other side
so take a step, out from behind
Begin your journey walk across
Fulfill the purpose Jesus had for us.
